Détails de l'événement
The Ars subtilior, a complex and refined musical style that followed the Ars Nova of the Middle Ages, serves as the starting point for a meeting between the universes of Ensemble Caprice and Constantinople.
In this original musical program, the Middle Eastern instruments of Constantinople (setar, kanun, oud and percussion) mix with the sounds of Ensemble Caprice (recorders and viols) as well as with the voices of soprano Rebecca Dowd and Persian singer Kiya Tabassian in a dialogue blending European and Middle Eastern medieval colors.
Repertoire: Llibre Vermell, Matteo di Perugia, Johannes Ciconia and others
In collaboration with Ensemble Caprice
